1. Data controller

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: name, email address, password hash, profile photo, subscription status, and plan entitlements.
• Website and SEO data: URLs, crawl results, metadata, technical audit findings, snapshots, and content you submit for analysis.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session activity, device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Payment and billing metadata: subscription status, invoice references, and transaction identifiers. Full payment card numbers are processed by our Merchant of Record (see Section 5) — we do not store complete card numbers on our systems.
• Communications: support tickets, feedback, and email correspondence.
• Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, preference cookies, and — when enabled by administrators — analytics and advertising identifiers (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and similar tools).

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts and subscriptions.
• Run SEO scans, generate reports, deliver recommendations, and optional automated fixes.
• Process subscription entitlements and coordinate with our payment Merchant of Record.
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing notices).
• Measure product usage, diagnose errors, and improve performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

4. Artificial intelligence (AI) and automated processing

LiquidSEO uses artificial intelligence (AI), including large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and automated analysis, as a core part of the Service. By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge that your inputs may be processed by automated systems.

When you use AI features — SEO recommendations, executive reports, content suggestions, autopilot proposals, or similar — we may transmit relevant inputs to AI infrastructure providers. These inputs may include:

• Website URLs and publicly accessible page content obtained through crawling you authorize.
• SEO metadata (titles, descriptions, headings, structured data, Open Graph tags).
• Technical audit results (performance, security, accessibility, and indexability findings).
• Account context needed to personalize outputs (selected website, scan history, plan limits).
• Free-text you enter in product fields when requesting AI assistance.

4.1 AI providers, retention, and your responsibilities

We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) under contractual terms that restrict use of your data to providing the Service. We do not use your proprietary website content to train public foundation models for unrelated purposes.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You must review all recommendations before applying changes to production websites, repositories, or live content.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields unless strictly required and appropriate for the feature.

You represent that you have the right to submit crawled content and URLs for AI processing and that doing so complies with applicable law and third-party terms.

5. Payments — Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

When you purchase a paid plan through our default checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record ("MoR"). This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for payment, tax, and invoicing purposes; your card statement may show Lemon Squeezy or its payment partners.

AlmauraLabs LLC provides the LiquidSEO software service. Payment collection, sales tax/VAT where applicable, refund processing at the MoR level, and payment-method disputes handled under MoR policies are administered by Lemon Squeezy subject to its terms and privacy policy.

We receive limited billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, customer ID, invoice references) to provision your account. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

6. Analytics, advertising pixels, and tracking

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and SDKs to measure usage, prevent fraud, and — when enabled in Admin → App tracking — support marketing attribution. Technologies that may be loaded include:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — product analytics and conversion measurement.
• Google Tag Manager — container for analytics and marketing tags.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising conversion and remarketing measurement.
• TikTok Pixel — advertising attribution (if configured).
• LinkedIn Insight Tag — B2B campaign measurement (if configured).

6.1 Consent and your choices

Essential cookies (authentication, security, preferences) are necessary for the Service to function.

Non-essential analytics and advertising technologies are used only when enabled by platform administrators. Where required by law (EEA/UK, and similar jurisdictions), we present consent mechanisms before loading non-essential trackers.

You may control cookies through browser settings; blocking cookies may limit functionality.

7. How we share information

We may share information with:

• Service providers under confidentiality obligations: hosting, email, Lemon Squeezy (MoR billing), analytics, AI inference, and infrastructure.
• Integrations you authorize: Google Search Console, CMS connectors, GitHub, Shopify, WordPress, webhooks, and similar.
• Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
• Business transfers: merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required by law.

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate. We implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers as required by applicable law.

9. Data retention

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Scan data, snapshots, and logs may be retained according to your plan and our backup policies, then deleted or anonymized.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Submit requests to info@almauralabs.com. We respond within legally required timeframes.

11. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, credential encryption at rest for integrations, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
